Hondas
A sketch I’ve done for a client who wishes to have his old Hondas painted. This is one rough of several to show the client different views and compositions. Drawing 2 cars together is always tricky, because if you draw them in the same perspective “grid” they look unnatural, but if you don’t they canContinue reading “Hondas”
Braun Hairdryer (HLD-6)
This was a tricky one. I was giving this the same treatment as the previous post (the Mercedes coloured paper rendering) but it just wasn’t looking “right”. Quebec City
…a sketch of the City Wall at Rue Saint Louis.
Fiat Mephistopheles
Monstrous car. Overworked sketch, too… ah well – Happy Canada Day!

McDowall Monoplane
Sorry for the hiatus! I’ve been travelling with family – went to Ottawa, Quebec City and Montreal – managed to get some sketches done and I’ll be posting them daily… This one was done at the Canadian Aviation and Space Museum in Ottawa. This is a plane that was basically hand-built in, (if I recallContinue reading “McDowall Monoplane”
